Northern Michigan Christian School was founded more than 100 years ago by a dedicated group of parents who wanted to create a unique Christian learning environment for their children. Since opening in 1911, we have expanded our programs significantly. We are dedicated to teaching Biblical truths in a world that is constantly changing. Our educational and extra-curricular activities provide a strong Christ-centered experience for students from preschool through high school.

By referring a new family to NMCS, current NMCS families can receive a $500 discount on their student's tuition. To receive the discount, new families must attend NMCS for an entire year and must list the family who referred them on their school application.
New families to NMCS are eligible for the "New Family Scholarship." New families should schedule a meeting with the superintendent and fill out their tuition assistance request as part of the application process for admissions to be eligible. The NMCS Garage Sale returns and now includes our "Marketplace!" Join us from May 8 to 10 as part of the McBain area garage sales. All proceeds benefit NMCS and Christ-centered education. Donate items to support the school by April 28 or rent a table at the "Marketplace" for $25. Contact Diane Eisenga for more information or to get involved.
The Senior project presentations for the class of 2025 will take place on Monday, May 5. Follow the link above to view the program and schedule.
